ILXQuant US Short-Term Reversal Small Cap EW Index
Short-term reversal factor applied to US small-cap equities, where the premium is most persistent. Selects the 100 smallest US equities (Russell 2000 universe) with the lowest skip-week 1-month return (t-22 to t-5), equal weighted, rebalancing monthly. Small-cap stocks are less efficiently arbitraged by market makers, preserving more of the reversal alpha.
