Fixed-basket index of 19 companies in power semiconductors -- the devices that switch and convert electrical energy. Every electric vehicle traction inverter, every solar string, every 48V AI server rack and every fast charger is a power semiconductor problem. The basket spans wide-bandgap materials and substrates (Sumitomo Electric), discrete power devices in silicon, silicon carbide and gallium nitride (Infineon, STMicroelectronics, onsemi, ROHM, Sanken, Navitas, Alpha and Omega, Diodes), power management and conversion ICs (Monolithic Power, Power Integrations, Silergy, Renesas, Allegro), power modules and ceramic substrates (Mitsubishi Electric, Fuji Electric, Rogers, AT and S) and the deposition equipment that makes wide-bandgap epitaxy possible (Aixtron). Ownership of the theme is Europe and Japan first. Rebalances quarterly to equal weight. Non-USD holdings are converted to USD.
