ILXQuant Mean-Variance Multi-Asset Index
A stringent multi-asset allocation framework over a broad pool of 16 UCITS ETFs spanning global, US, European and emerging equities, government, corporate, inflation-linked, high-yield and emerging-market bonds, gold, commodities, real estate and money market -- all tradable on GETTEX and XETRA. Twice a year the framework screens the pool by risk-adjusted momentum, keeps the strongest eight ETFs that are also in an uptrend, and solves a mean-variance utility optimisation that maximises expected wealth while limiting portfolio volatility, capped at 25% per ETF and 40% per asset class for diversification. A dual-momentum trend filter shifts the book toward a money-market ETF in broad market downturns. Denominated in EUR.
